there is a floating city.... that this guy is escaping from... :D

the oekaki that i drew this on deleted it T_T but then again.. its an "advanced" board so i don't think it was up to standard. and it was my first pic there too! oh well what can i do.. I"M not the admin there.

NAAAAH i like the design of the dude.. but i don't like the way i put him.. too much cape is what i'm thinkin
